Is comprised of the 9 Chapters of NYSARC Inc. which serve an 10 County region from Orleans County to Chemung County. This is the same region served by the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office. The Collaborative was formed to look at the delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the 11 county region. The hope is that through cooperative efforts and efficiencies of the members of the collaborative, money can be saved and returned to "the system" in order to provide more services to individuals and their families.
